Here are some pics of the kids at my parents house. I love all the trees and I forget how fun it is to play in the leaves!...until someone has to rake them!
Here are pictures of our Halloween Extravaganza. Some of the pictures are from Presley's Preschool party. All of the kids had so much fun in their costumes. They played games and got to eat tons of Halloween goodies! I didn't realize what a production these preschool parties would be! I was very impressed with these creative moms! After the party, the kids got to trick-or-treat around the businesses down town. It was fun until Presley wanted to be carried on the way back! On Halloween night, we all got together at Scott's mom's house for soup, chili, hot dogs and all the fixings. All the grandkids and cousins were there and even some of our friends joined us. You should have seen us all walking down the street together trick-or-treating....it was crazy and someone even asked us if we were a church group. We really do have a large family when everybody gets together! It was a great night! Presley was a butterfly and Chase was a tree frog. I dressed up like a tree. This was appropriate because Chase is totally a momma's boy right now and is connected to my hip most of the time. Presley ran with the big kids this year (and a skinned knee brought alot of drama!) Chase got the hang of it quickly and would carry his bucket up to the doors with his hands out for donations. They were both proud of their loot!...and Scott & I have enjoyed it as well!
We moved out of our house on Oct. 23rd. I had tears in my eyes looking at the empty house and thinking about all the great memories we've had there the past 6 years. We're going to miss this place, but can't wait to make our new house a home! speaking of...if you haven't heard, the house we have a signed contract on has a $30,000 tax lean against it that the owners forgot to mention. So, we've moved in with Scott's parents waiting to see if the Fed's are going to release the lean so that we can have the house. We've heard that we're suppose to find out something within the next 14 days. Keep your fingers crossed and if anyone has any connections with the IRS please let us know! :)
Here are my sweet kiddos posing by their pumpkins.
Chase-man turned 16 months this week! He is such a hoot to be around. I love how he runs and throws a ball, shakes his head yes and no. His favorite words are "Awe Man!" He tries to do everything his big sis does. Hide and Seek has been a fun game lately! Miss Priss is doing great in preschool and loves it! I'm so proud of how she colors and paints in the lines and is learning her letters. She's also getting good at her "story telling". As you can imagine...they've both been huge helpers while packing...and unpacking my boxes that I'm trying to get together for the big move this week. Life has been a little crazy lately, but through everything, the Lord has also pointed out the abundance of blessings He's given us. God is good!
We listed our house last Friday afternoon and it sold in a week! I think it had something to do with our little realtors! We're just moving to the back of our neighborhood, but we're super excited about getting a little more space! It's all going to happen really quick - we have to be out by the 23 of this month! I welcome anyone that would like to help pack or babysit! I'm decorating every night in my head while I should be sleeping! Hope you can all come visit our new home!
We took the kids to the game this weekend. They had a great time cheering on the players, dancing with the band, yelling with the cheerleaders, and entertaining the fans! We left at halftime after we'd eaten all that the food court had to offer. I can't believe the Hogs didn't win with the cutest fans in Fayetteville at the game!
We've now get our first picture and DVD of Chase playing dress-up with Presley. Scott said we're going to pull this out when he brings his first girlfriend home.
Scott and I have been married for almost 9 years! ~ the best nine years of my life!!! He is an awesome husband and dad! Scott runs the family real estate company and I get to stay home with our two precious kids. Presley turned 3 in December and is so sassy, sweet, and smart! Chase was born on my birthday in June. He started crawling and pulling up at 6 months, so he keeps us on our toes! I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family and great friends! Hope you enjoy our blog.
Presley's Daily Quotes
"We've had enough of Chase."
I'm gettin' busy! (dizzy)
"What are those cracks in your neck Mimi? Those are called wrinkles. (A few days later) "Mimi sure has a lot of cracks in her neck doesn't she. She needs to have them fixed."
During a discussion about body parts...Scott-"Did you know the holes in your nose are called nostrils?" Presley-"Really! I thought they were just called holes."
"I'm a ROCK STAR!" standing on the laundry basket, legs spread apart with her finger pointed in the air.
Presley did one of her high pitched girly screams...Scott said, "Presley don't scream like that!" P said with a serious face, "It was Scruffy." - her stuffed dog
"There's the American Flag, Momma. Sometimes when the wind doesn't blow, it gets wrapped around that grey thing." I said, "Yeah, that is called a flagpole." P - "You're are so good at this game momma!"

"We gotta put that on the blog!"
"Chase, we just cleaned up. We're not going to make a mess now!"
"Settle down chief!"
"Chase, ask your mother!"
We're still dealing with pooping in her panties and when we ask her when she's going to go in the potty, she says "on Friday, or next weekend, or on a summer day."
"That's hilarious!"
"No I'm right, and you're wrong."
While playing with her doctor kit..."Be very careful. I'm getting old."
"Chase is playing with me. He's my bestfriend."
"I got it. It's nothing to cry about mommy."
"My picture looks Pinkalicious!"
"My back is killing me!"
"I'll be in here mom. Call me if you need me."
"It's okay little fella."
"Dust it off, Chase."
Scott tooted..."Daddy, did you run out of gas?"
"Mommy, the Sun is awake and I think it's telling us to get out of bed."
"Chase, stop I say, now stop it!"
"Calm down, sister!"
"Daddy, you're always workin, workin, workin...you're the best daddy in the whole world."
"Daddy, I didn't mean to be bad earlier. I was just pretending!"
"...hmmm, let's think about this."
"But mommy, princesses don't wear ponytails."

About Me
Lindsey Cobb
What can I say...I love being crafty and I thought if everyone else has their own business, why shouldn't I have mine...so here we are. I've been brainstorming fun names for the new venture and I've come up with "Personal Pizazz by Lindsey". I'm just getting started with lots of idea scrambling in my head. So, if you would like to add a little "Pizazz" to your front door please let me know and I'd love to do something for you! I'm thinking holidays, baby/ wedding announcements, game day signs for Jr. High/ High school players, Hogs, sorority bid day, teachers, etc... I think this is going to be so much fun! I get excited just thinking about it!
