Time to Decorate!

We pulled out Presley's tree the other day and called Chase in to come see how pretty it was. All he said was "Where's my Christmas tree?" So, he and Scott headed to Wal-mart to buy him a tree. Poor thing fell asleep on the way home, so we decorated his the next day. Chase's tree has a sports, snowman, santa theme. Presley's is everything princess. Very appropriate for both of them!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We are so blessed! Thank you God for trusting me to be a parent to these two wonderful children! I love everything about them! They keep me on my toes and constantly make me laugh!

Time for a Tent

When I was gone shopping the other day, Scott and the kids built a fort in our living room. They had so much fun!

Fun Filled Fall Weekend!

We took the kids to Branson this past weekend! We squeezed in some shopping, but the highlight was Silver Dollar City! Since we are new to the whole SDC adventure, we showed up at the park 2 hours before it opened, paid for parking, got on the tram, and asked the driver if it was a slow day are the park since there were hardly any cars in the lots....Then he said "oh, it will get busier once the park opens in 2 hours!" So we left and went shopping some more. It was funny because on the way there we were joking about The Grizwalds trip to Wally World with all the anticipation and then the park was closed. It was probably a good thing because it was raining off and on. The kids loved it once we finally got in! Chase was just tall enough to ride pretty much all the same rides that Presley did, so that worked out well! They loved every ride! I couldn't believe it! Presley even rode the swings! It all made mom and dad a little nervous, but the kids were very brave! We enjoyed the parade and lights at the end of the day. It totally got me in the Christmas spirit! We ended the weekend by taking the kids to the Razorback game Sat. night. They loved all the excitment at the beginning and tried everything they could from the concession stands! Chase ate a pizza, hot dog and nachos! They were much easier to take to the games when they were younger and just sat there, watched and slept! This year, they were constantly moving! We were all ready to leave at halftime. It was a super fun weekend and the kids made lots of memories they'll never forget!
