My New Business!

What can I say... I love being crafty and everyone else has their own business, so why shouldn't I have one too! I've been brainstorming fun names for the new venture and I've come up with "Personal Pizazz by Lindsey" Here are a few things I've done for Junior Auxiliary's Children's Benefit Silent Auction. I can't wait to see how they do! I guess if they don't sell, I'll have something cute to hang on my door! Anyway, I'm just getting started with lots of ideas scrambling in my head. So, if you would like to add a little "Pizazz" to your front door, please let me know and I'd love to do something for you! I'm thinking holidays, baby/ wedding announcements, game day signs for jr. high/ high school players, Hogs, sorority bid day, teachers, etc... I think this is going to be so much fun! Bedtime Stories

It was Scott's night and it was one of those nights where Presley was procrastinating going to bed. She thought of every excuse possible! On Scott's 2nd trip to the fridge to get her just one more drink of milk, he returned saying "Now Presley, after you drink this, it is time to go to sleep. We are not going to talk anymore." She said "But I'm not the one talking." Scott said "Yes you are. You keep saying "hey daddy". She said "But you keep saying "What?". This is one of those moments when you don't know rather to wring her neck or laugh out loud.

Couped Up

The kids have been sick since last Thursday, and we're tired of being couped up in the house!!! We were board and decided to dye Presley's hair and give her some extentions...here are the results... Chase is beating on the window trying to escape.

New Photographer!

I had the kids 3 yr. and 6 mo. pictures taken recently with a new photographer. I got the proofs today and I think she did a great job! You can check them out at heatherowensphotography.com and go to online proofs. Our password is Cobb1. Enjoy!

Cowboys & Cowgirls

Presley went to a Cowboy & Cowgirl party this week. She got a hat, gun and stick horse for the party favors. Look how cute the horse is! They were all painted different colors and had different colored hair. I thought they were super cute!

On the Hill

Some might call Fayetteville "The Hill" and others from Benton refer to "The Hill" as somewhere else, but Presley calls "The Hill" my parents land that they've had and planned to build on since I was in Jr. High. (still waiting on that to happen) Anyway, they like to take Presley to the wilderness and piddle around. The kids got to play on Grandaddy's backhoe the other day and even Chase learned how to move the bucket around.
