Chase had his first "time out" this week after playing in
the fireplace a few times and pulling out all the decorative ashes. A little spanking, strong voice or swat on the hand didn't seem to work (he just laughs at us) so we thought we'd try something new. Of course, he didn't really understand the concept and began to spead the ashes out all over the floor while Scott was trying to clean it up. So, Scott put him in his bed for a minute. Chase cried but was fine when the minute was over. We were trying to explain to him what a "NO NO!" is and he ran over to a electrical socket and started hitting it and looking at us to see what would happen. He is really trying to test us! Presley seems to enjoy that he is now getting in trouble for things. Anytime he does something, she says "Just put him in his bed!"
